The Fiscal Cliff can be solved by legalizing Marijuana and then taxing it, this will increase revenue and stop a majority of the drug war. The Fiscal Cliff can also be solved by raising taxes on people who make $150,000+. Lastly, the government needs to ensure that people are paying their taxes because it is found that there are numerous people who dont pay their taxes.

Costco is an extremely successful company, they acheive their success because they only offer 4,000 products as other stores offer 40,000+ products. By Costco limiting their variety of products, customers are more likely to purchase whatever product Costco offers. Costco also has products for lower prices than other competitors, their products are also sold in bulks which customers find to be a bargain. Lastly, Costco is good with their employees, their employees earn $20/hour. The employees love their job and they are joyful at work, giving customers a good vibe which gives them a better shopping experience at Costco.

Cannibalization is the decreased demand for an existing product that occurs when its vendor
releases a new and similar product. The newly released iPad mini is lowering the sales for the regular iPad, this is a problem for the company Apple. In my opinion, Apple should've improved the normal iPad and made it sleeker, faster, and with a bigger screen rather than creating the iPad mini.
